A unit is one piece of equipment — your furnace, or your AC. Most homes have both, which is the 2-unit plan. If you only need coverage for one, choose the 1-unit price using the toggle above.
A standard tune-up is $169+tax, and your membership includes one free every year. That covers most of the annual cost on its own — before you count the discounts on diagnostics, parts, and labour.
Yes. Memberships are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. If your included tune-up has already been performed for the year, the value of that visit is owed.
Both include a free annual tune-up, priority scheduling, and reports. Gold adds a free diagnostic (instead of 10% off), a bigger 15% discount on parts and labour, an annual furnace filter, a free ductwork inspection, and a $150 credit toward equipment replacement.
